Michael Garnham Associates can prepare and agree interim valuations with your builder or contractor and issue payment certificates. We also measure and value variations to the works — defined as alterations or modifications to the design, quality or quantity of the works — and prepare and agree final accounts.

 

For building contractors, we provide support with the preparation of valuations, the valuation of additional works and the agreement of final accounts, drawing on our extensive experience across a wide range of construction projects.

We also undertake Forensic Quantity Surveying, sometimes referred to as Forensic Accounting. This involves a detailed examination of all available project documentation, including drawings, contract documents, estimates, correspondence, invoices and other records, to establish the relevant facts, costs and entitlement to value.
