Michael Garnham Associates can prepare and agree on valuations with your builder/contractor and issue payment certificates. They can measure and value variations to work ("a variation is the alteration or modification of the design, quality or quantity of the works") and prepare and agree to a final account.

We also undertake Forensic Quantity Surveying or Forensic Accounting, as it is sometimes referred to, which involves a detailed examination of all the existing documents (drawings, CSA, estimates, emails, invoices, etc.) which are available to establish the relevant facts, costs and entitlement to value.
